I help people and organizations come home to what’s true - so they can lead, live, and create from alignment.

A blend of executive coaching, culture work, and embodied mentorship—rooted in emotional intelligence, nervous system safety, and real-world transformation.

WHY I DO THIS

I didn’t come to this work through a neat, linear path.

I came to it through burnout, misalignment, illness, heartbreak, and the slow, brave decision to choose myself when it would’ve been easier not to.

Years ago, I was living a version of success that looked good on paper and felt dead in my body. Corporate Manhattan. Chronic anxiety. Health issues. A life that made sense to everyone else — and none to my soul.

Leaving that life wasn’t a career move.
It was a truth move.

I started studying consciousness, leadership, emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, and embodiment. I apprenticed myself to transformation - my own first. And then I built a business rooted in alignment, not hustle.

Today, I guide people and organizations through the same threshold moments I once stood in myself:

The moment when you can no longer un-know the truth.
The moment when clarity demands courage.
The moment when alignment becomes non-negotiable.

Truth isn’t a concept. It’s a practice.

What im known for

  • Clarity + Truth

I help people name what they already know but haven’t said out loud yet — the truth beneath the story, the pattern beneath the behavior, the real decision beneath the delay.

  • Emotional Safety + Communication

I work at the nervous system level.
Because nothing sustainable changes without emotional regulation, relational safety, and grounded communication.

  • Alignment Into Action

This isn’t insight for insight’s sake.
We translate awareness into decisions, boundaries, systems, leadership shifts, and real-world follow-through.

what i believe

• That truth changes everything — when you’re brave enough to live it
• That leadership starts in the body, not the head
• That nervous system safety is the foundation of sustainable change
• That clarity without courage creates stuck lives
• That embodiment beats mindset every time
• That we’re meant to build lives that actually feel good to live
• That alignment is not soft — it’s disciplined, courageous, and practical

This work lives at the intersection of inner truth and external structure.

It blends:

• Deep listening + pattern recognition
• Nervous system regulation + somatic tools
• Core values, boundaries, and grounded communication
• Strategic action that doesn’t burn you out
• Kind, direct accountability
• Integration practices between sessions
• Nature as a co-facilitator

how i work

I don’t do spiritual bypassing.
I don’t do hustle culture.
I don’t do surface-level mindset work.

I do grounded, embodied, real transformation.

A few things about me

The ocean is my nervous system medicine.
I go there when my mind gets loud and my body forgets what safety feels like.
Salt water resets me.
Waves teach me timing, surrender, and power without force.

Surfing is a spiritual practice.
Not the aesthetic kind.
The humbling kind.
The kind that reminds me I’m not in control, and that I don’t need to be.

Motherhood clarified everything.
What matters.
What doesn’t.
Where my energy belongs.
How honest I have to be with my own life if I expect to guide anyone else through theirs.

Nature is my co-facilitator.
She does more of the work than I ever could.
I bring the questions.
She brings the truth.

I care about truth more than comfort.
Which means I will sit in the uncomfortable conversation.
I will name the pattern.
I will not collude with your avoidance — including my own.

I believe leadership starts in the body.
Not in strategy decks.
Not in productivity hacks.
In breath.
In regulation.
In presence.
In the capacity to stay when things get real.

Music moves me more than motivation quotes.
A song will open my heart faster than a manifesto.
A rhythm will teach me more about timing than a business plan ever could.

I value freedom, depth, play, and presence.
I am not here for small lives or half-true choices.
I am here for aliveness.
For alignment.
For the kind of success that actually feels good to live inside.

If you’re here, you might be…

You might be leading a team —
or a life —
through growth, pressure, and complexity.

You might be successful on the outside
and quietly disconnected on the inside.

You might be navigating expansion, burnout, culture strain,
or the subtle erosion of clarity that comes from carrying too much alone.

You might be an executive, a founder, a leader, a mother, a creator,
or a human standing at a threshold you can’t un-see anymore.

You might be avoiding a truth you already know
because naming it would change everything.

You might be craving clarity
without spiritual bypassing.
Structure without rigidity.
Depth without performance.

You might be ready for alignment —
not as a concept,
but as a lived discipline.

You might be tired of half-true lives.
Half-true leadership.
Half-true cultures.
Half-true choices.

You might be done building lives and organizations
that look good on paper
and feel dead in the body.

If something here resonated…

Then you’re probably already standing at a threshold.

The moment where clarity stops being theoretical
and starts asking something real of you.

The moment where the way you’ve been leading —
your life, your work, your relationships, your organization —
no longer fits who you’re becoming.

The moment where alignment becomes non-negotiable.

You don’t have to know the next step yet.

You just have to be honest about where you are.
