The threshold Retreat

The threshold Retreat
A homecoming for the one standing at the edge of what’s next.
You may not have the words for it yet, but you can feel it.
Something is shifting.
A chapter is closing - not because it was wrong, but because it’s complete.
This retreat is for thosel who feels ready for more joy, more truth, more aliveness - and knows you can’t access it by staying busy, strong, or in your head.
For three days, we gather to slow down.
To listen to the body.
To soften the grip on what no longer fits.
And to gently turn toward the life that’s been asking for your attention.
Through movement, time in nature, creative expression, and guided reflection, you’ll reconnect to your inner knowing and begin to see the shape of the life that wants to be lived through you - not from pressure or urgency, but from trust.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need a plan.
You just need space to feel what’s true.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are - and allowing that truth to lead you forward.
What This Retreat Is Like
A rhythm that feels both held and free.
Each day, we gather for guided workshops that invite you inward.
These sessions move between meditation, movement, play, creative expression, journaling, and quiet reflection - offering space to listen to the body, notice what’s shifting, and reconnect with what feels true.
Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing clarity, the workshops are designed to help you soften, open, and trust what’s already unfolding. There is room to explore your vision, speak what matters, and step beyond familiar edges - always at your own pace.
Nothing is required of you here.
You are invited to show up as you are, follow what resonates, and allow insight to emerge naturally.
Inner Work
The inner work at The Threshold is about learning how to lead your inner world with clarity and intention.
Rather than pushing away stress, fear, or old stories, we create space for them to be acknowledged - without letting them take the wheel. You’ll learn how to listen to what’s present, honor it, and then consciously choose where your energy and attention go.
Through guided reflection, embodiment, and intention-setting, we explore what it means to hold complexity while still choosing joy. Not as an escape, but as a grounded, present-moment decision.
This work supports manifestation by aligning your inner landscape with what you’re calling in - allowing you to move forward without dragging the past behind you.
You’re not here to silence any part of yourself.
You’re here to decide who gets to lead.
Movement & Embodiment
Movement at The Threshold is an invitation to come home to the body — to feel, express, play, and release what words can’t reach.
Our days include a blend of yoga, intenSati-style movement with spoken affirmations, breathwork, surf, somatic embodiment, and free-form dance — practices that awaken energy, build confidence, and reconnect you to your inner strength and joy.
We also work with contrast and sensation through sauna, cold plunge, shaking, and stillness — allowing the nervous system to reset and the body to let go in its own way.
Some moments are slow and grounding.
Others are rhythmic, expressive, and alive.
This is movement as medicine.
Movement as release.
Movement as remembrance.
sample itinerary
Day OneWe begin by arriving - not just physically, but internally. Day One is about slowing down, grounding into the body, and gently releasing what no longer needs to be carried.
Settle in upon arrival with coffee, tea, and a fresh morning juice. We’ll open our time together with movement and intention-setting, followed by a fire release ceremony - creating space to consciously let go of old patterns, stories, and emotional residue.
Our coaching workshop for the day focuses on somatic release, working with the body to clear what’s been held beneath the surface. This isn’t about revisiting the past, but about allowing stored energy to move so something new can emerge.
We continue this work through creative expression, grounding insight into the hands with a pottery handbuilding session - an opportunity to integrate, soften, and create without expectation.
Midday, we’ll gather for a farm-to-table lunch, featuring locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce, thoughtfully prepared and enjoyed at a relaxed pace.
Throughout the afternoon, there is space for reflection, journaling, rest, and connection. Each day also includes time for sauna and cold plunge, offering contrast, inspiration and reset for the nervous system.
Settle into the body. Soften the grip. Create space.

Day TwoVision, Joy & Becoming
Day Two is the heart of the retreat - a day devoted to reconnecting with joy and giving shape to the life you’re ready to step into.
We begin the morning with breathwork, inviting presence, clarity, and vitality into the body. From there, we move into cold plunge, using sensation and breath to build trust, resilience, and a deep sense of aliveness. This practice sets the tone for the day - meeting the moment fully and choosing presence over hesitation.
After breakfast, we gather for energizing movement through yoga and intenSati-inspired practices with spoken affirmations, awakening confidence, and forward momentum from the inside out. Through somatic embodiment we ignite the nervous system and create from a place of aliveness rather than effort.
The afternoon coaching workshop centers on vision - not as a plan, but as a felt experience. Through guided meditation, creative expression, drawing, and journaling, you’ll explore the rhythms, values, and desires that want to guide your next chapter. This work is followed by a powerful declaration practice, inviting you to name what you’re ready to claim and stand behind.
In the afternoon, we return to the body through sauna and cold plunge, allowing insight to integrate on a nervous-system level. There is time for reflection, journaling, and being in nature — letting clarity settle without needing to be forced.
The day closes with playful, expressive movement and dance, celebrating joy as a present-moment choice and a powerful creative force. This is a time to feel alive, connected, and open — not striving toward what’s next, but inhabiting it now.
Day Two is about remembering what’s possible when joy leads — and trusting the version of yourself who knows how to follow it.
Day ThreeA Day at The Threshold
Day Three is about embodiment - taking everything you’ve explored and letting it come alive through direct experience.
We begin the morning on the beach, arriving slowly and intentionally. With feet in the sand and eyes on the horizon, we open the day by tuning into intention and presence - listening for what wants to be integrated, strengthened, or trusted as you step forward.
This morning unfolds as a Soulful Surfing Experience - more than a surf session, a living coaching container where the ocean becomes a mirror, teacher, and guide.
Through coaching, movement, breath, meditation, reflection, and journaling on the beach, we prepare not just for the water, but for awareness. You’ll receive guidance on somatic cues and inquiry that invite you to notice how you meet challenge, flow, fear, and trust through the ocean.
This is an invitation to stretch beyond familiar edges, meet the moment fully, and experience what becomes possible when you move with life rather than against it. The insights here don’t come from analysis - they arise through sensation, instinct, and lived experience.
After the surf, we return to land and gather for a farm-to-table lunch, grounding the morning’s work through nourishment, connection, and ease.
In the afternoon, we honor the place that has held us with a connection-to-the-land ceremony — a simple, intentional moment of gratitude and acknowledgment for the earth, ocean, and elements that have supported this journey. This ritual anchors the retreat beyond the personal, reminding us of our relationship to something larger.
As the day softens into evening, we close with sunset yoga, allowing the body to integrate, the nervous system to settle, and the experience to land fully. Movement becomes a form of listening — a quiet seal on the days we’ve shared.
Day Three isn’t about wrapping things up.
It’s about realizing the work is already alive — moving through your body, your choices, and the way you meet what comes next.
