Meditation: Start your day off on a positive note! Explore breathing techniques, meditation & stress releasing habits.
Set yourself up for success; find a quiet place to sit reducing any distractions, either on your bed, the floor or a pillow. I recommend having a journal, playing light music (optional- I recommend a meditation track - ”Deuter” is a great playlist on Spotify) light any sage, candles or incense if you have. Set up any cards, crystals and anything you would like near you to uplift your spirit. If you have children, this is a great practice to share with them as well!
Yoga: Classes are accessible and open to ALL levels. Move some of that stuck energy and feel great in your mind, body and spirit!
Set yourself up for success; have a mat (or soft surface if you don’t have a mat). Reduce distractions.
1:1 Positivity Coaching/Mental Well-being Calls - lets’s chat! Whether you are having anxiety, worrying about finances, overwhelmed and trying to figure out how to balance everything (ex; kids home and working, while schooling etc) need a positivity reboot, worried about family or friends. I am here to listen and help you move through this time with grace, clarity, trust and connection. Calls are 30 minutes via zoom or a phone call. (hour sessions can be set up as well)

Group Coaching Calls: Online group coaching calls are focused on tools for releasing stress, staying positive, feeling safe, avoiding toxic money thoughts and staying connected to your truth and creativity. Come together as a community to discuss creative solutions and connect with one another. Everyone will have a chance to share. Each workshop will explore different topics for staying positive and moving through this period with grace. We will also discuss tools for expansion in uncertain times, growth, mindset shifting techniques and positive habits. If you have a topic you would like to learn more about please send it my way and I will do my best to include it!
