Coaching Experience Options:

3-Month Transformational Journey: $4,200

Together for a period of 3 months we take a look at the most important shifts/goals you wish to create in your life right now. From there we set out on a powerful healing journey full of growth and transformation in order to ignite these changes and unleash your full authentic truth! 

Throughout our journey we find clarity around the blocks that are holding you back. From there, we release old patterns, habits, fears of needing to swallow back your truth and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. We create new + empowering practices, shift your mindset to align with your goals, improve the quality of your health & happiness NOW, express your authentic voice and cultivate a loving relationship with yourself and your desires.

Sessions: We have weekly sessions, about 4X/month, taking one week off when needed in order to integrate and recalibrate. **We can adjust this schedule as needed based on what serves you, your schedule & your goals best. For example if you prefer to meet 2x/month, our journey extends from 3 months into 6 months.

*Note that this is flexible. Which is why working with me is not based on a set number of sessions but rather what will serve you and your goals best. I also take into account vacation, holidays, and travel time.

-Sessions are generally 60 minutes, however sometimes we may need 90 minutes or a couple of hours. We will adjust accordingly.

-This journey is a partnership, where together we fully dive into the work. In between sessions I will give you soul work, tools and practices to apply into your daily life.

**More importantly I see being your coach as a privilege, an honour, and as a partnership. Outside of our sessions, you have access to phone and email support. If you get stuck, don’t wait for our session. Call or email for us to get you out.

3-Month Transformational Journey + 3-Day Private Retreat Experience:

Together we explore a tailored 3-day intensive during the time of our work together. In this option I create a private retreat experience in a location of our choosing. We go deep. Each day combines play with creation and action. There are two 3H coaching blocks per day in addition to lifestyle practices: meditation, yoga, breathwork, surf, wholesome food, time spent in nature, movement, and relaxation.

This option begins at $6,450 ($4,200 + $750/day + travel expenses & accommodations).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 100% fee. Please note I do my best to understand that life happens and last minute changes are sometimes necessary. Cancellation fees may be waived when rescheduling at Christa Russo’s discretion.
