Surf + Coaching Experience

Together we will pick a time based on the forecast (be it early morning, mid day or sunset), meet on the beach and hop in the water!

We will begin our journey on the beach exploring your intentions for our experience along with what your heart and soul are calling for most + what you need for nourishing your mind, body & soul at that moment in time. The session will meet you exactly where you are with exactly the medicine you need.

In the water we will paddle, soak in the magic, have a guided meditation, talk about life, play & catch a few waves!

The ocean is incredibly healing, inspiring and uplifting. She calls you out on your bullshit, knows what you need and how to bring you there. She is my favorite way to play, pray, grow, learn, be challenged and meditate. She is the best teacher, healer, therapist and sanctuary.

This experience is focused on building a deeper relationship with mother nature and within yourself.

YOU DO NOT NEED ANY SURF EXPERIENCE. :)

This experience is a time to be out in the water and enjoy mother nature! Based on your level, we will choose our days accordingly - (aka if you have never surfed we will choose a calm or small wave day).

**No surf experience is needed. The ocean and this experience have invited everyone in ranging from complete beginners with a fear of the ocean (who have stepped bravely into their fears and paddled out into the surf, playing on waves), to more experienced surfers shredding on beautiful waves during hurricane swells**

**All surf levels, ages and fitness levels welcome**
